The opening ceremony of Genertec Health and Senior Care Industry Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing on July 27. Weng Jieming, deputy head of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, and Yu Xubo, Chairman of Genertec, attended and delivered speeches at the ceremony.

Officials and executives with the All-China Women's Federation, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China, China Silver Industry Association, the National Council for Social Security Fund of the People's Republic of China, Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, government of Fengtai district, Bureau of Enterprise Reform, Bureau of Administrative Support, and News Center of the SASAC, leaders of State Grid Corporation of China and China National Petroleum Corporation, Genertec leaders, including Lu Yimin, Zhang Zhenrong, Xie Biao, Wang Huijie, and Ma Kehui, also attended the ceremony.

Genertec will follow a development path featuring the combination of medical care and health preservation, make deployments in various links of the entire industrial chain, such as health management, medical services, rehabilitation services, elderly care, and financial services, and strive to build a diversified and integrated industrial system covering fields including medical services, health, rehabilitation, and elderly care, said Yu.

By ramping up efforts to establish a health care and elderly care ecosystem with Genertec characteristics, the group will grow into a world-class provider of integrated health care and elderly care services, Yu noted.  

Genertec Health and Senior Care Industry Co., Ltd. should draw strength from reform and innovation, stick to market-oriented operations, integrated development, product branding, and application of digital technologies, and constantly scale up the supplies of high-quality health care and elderly care services, Yu said.

He stressed that the new company should do a good job in management, business development, and serving the people, and march toward the goal of becoming a world-renowned enterprise with excellent products, significance influence, outstanding innovation capability, and modern governance.  

During the ceremony, participants watched a promotional video of the new company.

The chairman of Genertec Health & Senior Care shared with attendees at the ceremony the current status of the company, and noted that the company will embark on its journey from a high starting point, endeavor to reach high standards and grow into a frontrunner in the health care and elderly care industry, and pursue high-quality operations so as to become a helpful companion of the elderly.

The company was jointly inaugurated by its shareholders' representatives.

Li Yadong, Genertec President Assistant and chairman of Genertec China Meheco, Liu Kun, Genertec President Assistant and General Manager of the relevant departments of Genertec, heads of relevant subsidiaries of the group, as well as journalists from People's Daily, Xinhuanet, Economic Daily, Economic Information Daily attended the inauguration ceremony.
